Cardiac arrest survivors from the Austin and Travis County area are invited to attend the first Survivor Network meeting on June 30, 2011.  The meeting will be held at the Office of the Medical Director, 517 South Pleasant Valley Road, Austin, TX 78741 in classroom A.  We will begin at 6:00 pm and adjourn at 7:00 pm.  Survivors and their familes or significant others are invited to attend.  Questions and RSVPs may be emailed to Louis Gonzales at louis.gonzales2@ci.austin.tx.us or by phone at 512-978-0000.  We hope to see many of our survivors and families for some networking and planning.
