Take Heart America believes that the best approach to treating sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) is a holistic approach that begins with the event and hopefully goes through post hospital discharge! Accordingly, whenever we come across observers who exhibit the behavior so necessary to the survival of the victim, we want to recognize those individuals!
